Field Trip: Sony Imageworks
We'll be riding in Ari's car for today, we arrived at Imageworks slightly earlier than the others. We sat around at the lounge and two guys - Chad and DJ came out to greet us. They were friendly and Chad kept cracking jokes throughout the tour.

It was a pleasant trip, was able to see where all the magic happens. Learning more about the industry from asking question and knowing more from other people's questions.

Rendering remaining items
Dumped as much as I could into the render farm before heading out on the field trip. Should be completed by the time we get back.
Compositing: Shot020
- Applying layers of lens flare
- Read in the light passes (upon hammer collision)
- Tweaking the sparks a little more
I had to rerender one of the light pass as it wasn't set up correctly....
Everything is in rendering phase and preparing my presentation materials. Presentation is happening in 2 days time. I should have no problem completing the shots in time, the pressure is still on though. I had to ditch shot010 due to all the problems faced along the way and amount of time allocated for rendering.
Plan is to carry on refining what i have and completing shot010 when I get home.
