Seized the opportunity to show Ari previs_v003 and hear what he have for me, hopefully make it better. Stuff pointed out were the following:
- Not enough weight and drag on the hammers, they should recoil upon collision (sh020).
- Crop the camera closer, revealing small portion of alphabet 'O', create more suspense (sh030).
Steven said this too, so majority wins, hahaha.
- Stronger camera shake since it's the final blow from hammer, end with a bang (sh030)!
Tweaking the animation via Channel Editor, animators are extremely familiar with it. I am still trying to get better at it.

Re-time the camera shake after tweaking the hammer animation, got to intensify the shake for hammer in the foreground.

Previs v003
Rendering Class by Zack
Setting up motion blur, enabling it within "Mantra ROP" and adjusting camera parameters.

Enabling Depth of Field within "Mantra ROP", using the interactive cursor in the viewport to set the focal distance.

Take List
Using takes to extract individual light render, in the image below - the key and fill light were disabled leaving only the rim light. You can do it based on diffuse or specular contributions, isolating different geometries or shadow passes too.
Imageplanes and light exports can also be rendered via "Mantra ROP".

end.
